Sandblasting nozzles and sandblasting guns are equipment used in vacuum and pressure sandblasting machines and from which the sand comes out. The sandblasting nozzles we sell are made of first class boron carbide and are resistant to wear. Our sandblasting guns, on the other hand, have been heat treated to increase their strength. You can get information from us about venturi sandblasting nozzles, sandblasting guns and cylindrical sandblasting nozzles that you can use in all kinds of vacuum and pressure sandblasting machines.

Venturi sandblasting nozzles are preferred in high pressure sandblasting machines. The inside of the nozzle is made of wear-resistant boron carbide, and its body is silicon-clad on an aluminum jacket. The diameters of the mouth holes where the sand ejection takes place are 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. Angle blasting nozzles, which also have the same features, have an angle of 45°.

Cylindrical blasting nozzles are preferred in vacuum blasting cabins, vacuum blasting pots and multi-nozzle blasting machines. The inside of the nozzle is made of wear-resistant boron carbide and its body is covered with an aluminum jacket. The diameters of the mouth holes where the sand ejection takes place are 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. Screw and T types are available for sandblasting gun connection.

Sandblasting guns are preferred in vacuum sandblasting cabinets, vacuum sandblasting pots and multi-nozzle sandblasting machines. Strength and durability are increased by heat treatment. There are 2 models suitable for T and screw type nozzles.

Sandblasting gun sets consist of sandblasting gun, cylindrical nozzle and sand and air connection unions attached to the gun. Our set, consisting of the type of gun and nozzle you want, is sent with sand and air connection fittings suitable for the dimensions you want.
